In hindsight the week with the students of Georgia college & state university and University of West Georgia was a wonderful experience with lots of fun. For all of us it was the first time working together with an international team on a company challenge using Design Thinking. Since all students have various backgrounds and are in different stages of their studies, it was interesting to see how diversely we approached the problem that was presented to us and how everyone could contribute something to the solution.
It was amazing that all students were so interested in seeing and experiencing Germany, and especially Münster and were so open to do something active together after working for several hours each day. We enjoyed our time together a great deal and have certainly made a lot new friends, who we will hopefully see again sometime soon.
