After splitting into our individual groups today we looked at the data for the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes. As the other two groups decided to focus on the P2P process we chose the OTC process to work on during the next few days. Most of our day was spent talking with Kayla from Southwire about the process and finding the pain points in the process.
We identified many pain points during our discussion and were also able to bounce ideas off of Kayla. She and Rob were incredibly helpful during the day and answered many of our burning questions. Tomorrow we’ll work on
