On Day two we mostly worked on identifying further pain points during the Order to Cash process. After identifying our pain points we started the Ideate phase. We used the brainstorming method to think about the one of the biggest pain points we identified, the lack of a standardized Purchase Order form (this lack of standardization leads to problems while for the computer “reading” the purchase orders). We split up into two groups and brainstormed about ideas for new and already existing customers.
