On the third idea we worked further on ideating. We started by collecting some more methods we could use during this phase. We started by using the “Reverse Thinking” method where we thought about things that would make the current process worse. After that we look for some analogies to solve, thought about what the process would look like in a perfect world and had a roleplay where we each got into different roles to find new solutions for the problems we want to solve. These techniques were all really fun and allowed us to use our creativity to solve the problem at hand.
After this we converged the ideas so we had some actionable ideas we could focus on in the future. We voted on these with the Dot Voiting method and chose the top ideas to focus on during the next days.
