On the first day of the Design Thinking workshop with the American students, we got presented the case study on which we have to work on the whole week. We have to create ideas on how to measure success of the HR department of Dr.Oetker. After getting presented the challenge we used the Design Thinking process to get to the solution. On that day we would work on the Empathize phase and afterwards the Define phase. We splitted up into 3 smaller groups and we would work on the same challenge at the same time and afterwards discuss our results.
